Is a reservation required?

While not required, reservations are highly recommended.

Walk in service availability can be limited, as open spaces fill in quickly.

Reservations can be made online, or by calling the studio at 813-221-9300.

How can I schedule a group reservation?

For standard group reservations of three or more, please give us a call at 813-221-9300 to schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your reservation time is carved out specifically for you.

In order for us to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests, we kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduled services with less than a 5 hour notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount + 20% gratuity.

Where should I park?

Street parking is available, however; we recommend that guests park in the Grand Central at Kennedy parking garage (located directly across the street from our location).

Parking at this location is free for up to 2 hours.

Online Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $45. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. All online orders ship from Tampa, FL.

Orders ship via USPS and will typically arrive within 3-5 days.

Do you offer in-store pick up?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accommodate in-store pick up for online orders.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, all sales on nail lacquer, lotions, and cuticle products are final and cannot be returned.
